CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

URGENTLY HIRING: CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (INHOUSE)
Work Location: Madrigal Alabang, Muntinlupa
Responsibilities:
* Follow up clients experience in respective clinics/shops.
* Handle complaints from end to end.
* Finalizing the refunds of the clients.
* To offer alternatives for clients in case of complaints.
* Work closely with the legal team and attorneys
* Collaborate with all team members and departments.
* Knowledge of products and services the company offers
* Other Issues relating to Clients and Customer service.
* Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* At least 6 months experience in Customer Service role.
* With experience in the Aesthetic Industry is a plus.
* Good communication skills.
* Excellent customer service.
* Must be within or near Alabang.
