The sale is presently expected to close in the first half of 2027, pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions. The Food Ingredients business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and, at such time, it will transition to CVC Capital Partners. Where You’ll Make a Difference Develop and evaluate engineering plans and technical criteria across electrical, mechanical, and structural disciplines Assess feasibility and reliability of proposed tests, products, and equipment Lead and support engineering evaluations when data is limited or validation is required Contribute to the development of design plans and engineering proposals Participate in feasibility studies and definition of technical objectives Drive solutions to complex applied engineering problems Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams Support the development and improvement of components, materials, and processes Ensure alignment of projects with operational and business goals What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Structural Engineering, or related field Solid experience in multidisciplinary engineering environments Proven experience in feasibility analysis, testing, and engineering validation Strong problem-solving skills in applied engineering contexts Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders Ability to develop technical proposals and design plans Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and product development Strong communication skills in technical environments Technical English How Would You Stand Out?
