Procurement – Process & Technology (Center of Excellence) Your role at IFF As part of our Global Procurement – Process & Technology Center of Excellence, you will support the global procurement organization by leveraging data, technology, and process excellence to enable best‑in‑class performance across IFF. You will work closely with senior procurement leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders, contributing to strategic initiatives that shape how procurement operates globally. Where you’ll make a difference Processes & Data Mining Employ process and data mining techniques to achieve process synchronization and continuous improvement, leading IFF’s procurement processes to best‑in‑class standards. Data, Technology & Governance Support the global procurement team by ensuring procurement policies and procedures are followed. Contribute to the implementation of new processes, tools, and technologies, including data governance and global controls. Globalization & Automation Support opportunities for globalization and automation of administrative activities related to: Sourcing processes Clearance processes Master data Costing activities Programs & Strategic Projects Support programs consisting of single or multiple projects to upgrade the procurement technology landscape from a data and process perspective. Collaborate with Senior Procurement Leaders and cross‑functional leaders on strategic initiatives enabling IFF to achieve its business objectives. Ad Hoc & Continuous Improvement Initiatives Support ad hoc projects as assigned in line with the Global Procurement Strategy. Apply a tool‑agnostic mindset, leveraging technical and data expertise to drive standardization and optimization. Tools & exposure You will have hands‑on exposure to tools such as SAP, Power BI, R, Python, SQL, and process automation solutions, while developing key skills in communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement.
