Drive growth by winning new SMB customers and expanding Prokeep’s footprint within the distribution industry. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the SMB Account Executive will generate new revenue through a combination of outbound prospecting, managing inbound opportunities, and building strong customer relationships.
Winning starts with hustle. You’ll engage directly with prospects every day to position Prokeep as the go-to communication platform for distributors and their teams. You understand that speed, responsiveness, and persistence matter in SMB sales, and you thrive in a fast-moving environment where activity drives results.
You know success is a team sport, so you work collaboratively across sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to create a seamless customer journey. You’re energized by testing new approaches, refining messaging, and continuously improving your process to drive stronger results over time.
The focus of this role is on managing a high-volume pipeline and closing new SMB business opportunities. You will build relationships quickly, identify customer pain points, demonstrate Prokeep’s value, and guide prospects through the sales process from first conversation to close.
Required: 2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role with proven success selling SaaS products, preferably in SMB or Mid-Market environments
