THE ROLE

AMD is seeking a highly capable and execution-focused Senior Manager, Strategic Programs & Sales Operations to support the Corporate Vice President of Global Systems Integrator (GSI) Partnerships. This is a highly visible role that combines strategic partner program leadership, sales operations, business planning, and cross-functional execution.

This role is ideal for a senior program or business operations leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, and can independently drive complex initiatives from concept to completion with minimal direction.

As a trusted operational partner to the CVP, you will help drive organizational cadence, lead strategic programs, build operational frameworks, develop executive-level communications, and ensure alignment across Sales, Product, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams. You will serve as a key connector across the organization—bringing data, insights, and execution rigor to help accelerate AMD’s GSI strategy and growth.

This is not a traditional Chief of Staff role. Instead, this position is best suited for a builder and influencer who understands partnership ecosystems and combines strong program management discipline, sales operations expertise, business acumen, and executive communication skills to drive meaningful business outcomes.
