In this Operations Manager role, you will lead warehouse and operational execution across inbound, internal, and outbound material flows, ensuring performance, compliance, and scalability. You will drive structured problem solving through CAPAs and RCA, embedding outcomes into standardized processes, training programs, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is critical to advancing warehouse improvements, including layout optimization, workflow efficiency, and capacity scaling, while maintaining compliance with OSHA, DOT, and international shipping regulations. You will partner cross-functionally and with external logistics providers to ensure operational alignment and seamless execution across NPI, RMA, and RTV activities, while driving initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and long-term operational performance.
You are a hands-on operations leader with strong experience in warehouse execution, material flow management, and continuous improvement. You bring a structured, data-driven approach to problem solving, with familiarity in RCA, CAPA management, and KPI ownership. You operate effectively at both a strategic and execution level, driving warehouse improvements while maintaining strong attention to detail in system integrity, inventory accuracy, and compliance. You collaborate effectively across teams and external partners to deliver consistent operational results in a fast-paced environment.
Lead and oversee daily warehouse and operational execution to ensure performance, quality, and service delivery
Oversee daily execution of inbound, internal, and outbound material flow across assigned SLOCs (e.g., 6098, 6UNY)
Develop and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) with clear ownership and timelines
Integrate RCA findings into process standardization, training programs, and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain defect logs, tracking, and trend analysis to proactively reduce recurring issues
Identify and drive warehouse improvement initiatives including layout optimization, workflow efficiency, and space utilization
Champion continuous improvement practices across operations using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and international shipping regulations
Enforce safety protocols, material handling standards, equipment usage guidelines, and maintain 6S discipline across all operational areas
Ensure documentation accuracy and maintain audit readiness for internal and external reviews
Promote a safety-first culture through proactive hazard identification and mitigation
Oversee shipping documentation including packing lists, bills of lading, and export documentation for accuracy and compliance
Partner with suppliers, carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers to ensure service performance
Collaborate with Engineering (NPI), Quality, Procurement, and Customer Operations teams
Support resolution of material, shipping, and service-related escalations
Align operational execution with business priorities and customer requirements
Support material flows tied to NPI, RMA, and RTV activities
Contribute to CAPEX planning, layout optimization, and operational scaling initiatives
Lead special projects and strategic improvement initiatives as assigned
Operate effectively in a combined office and warehouse environment, including frequent walking, standing, lifting, and material handling
Support extended operational hours as needed
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred
