THE ROLE

In this role, you will be responsible for various financial reporting and accounting processes.

THE PERSON

You are a results-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills. You possess attention to detail and well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills. You have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and are comfortable with ambiguity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and provide financial updates to leadership team (budget, operating expenses, capital expenses, headcount, etc.)
Prepare operating business plans and forecast (s) for Operating & Capital Expenses with variance analysis and provide guidance based on key metrics
Manage month-end, year-end close activities
Identify and implement improvements to business processes
Assume full ownership on ad hoc projects, reports and analyses as required

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Experience working in a similar role in the hi-tech industry
• Advanced knowledge of MS office tools
• SAP experience preferred

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent
MBA or CPA preferred
