Recharge recently acquired Skio, bringing together two of the leading platforms in subscription commerce. As we continue operating and investing in both products, we’re looking for an ambitious Customer Success Manager to join the Skio team at Recharge.
In this role, you’ll be the dedicated strategic partner for some of Skio’s most valuable merchants, helping leading e-commerce brands grow and retain subscribers while maximizing the value of the Skio platform.
You’ll work closely with the Skio team while benefiting from the scale, resources, and shared innovation across Recharge. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of subscription commerce as Recharge and Skio build the next generation of subscription intelligence and merchant services together.
Recharge’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. Salary ranges are designed to be competitive and aligned with country specific practices, while individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, and experience. The compensation listed is not inclusive of any equity and benefits that might exist in your total compensation package.

$115,920 CAD - $144,900 CAD
