Started just over a year ago, our volume is doubling MoM with a clear path to category leadership. We support everything from Personal Injury Law to Specialty Healthcare. We are a well-funded, rapidly growing team focused on growing 100x from where are today.

Sales are core to how Codes Health grows. Our customers trust us with mission-critical workflows that directly impact legal outcomes and patient care. Closing the right customers, setting expectations correctly, and building long-term partnerships is top priority.
As our First Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle end-to-end. From first conversation to close to early account expansion. You will help define how we sell, who we sell to, and what great looks like before there is a playbook.
You will be selling a complex, high-trust product into demanding customers, and you will help shape our go-to-market motion from the ground up.

You’ll be our first dedicated sales hire and a core part of building a category-defining company. You will work directly with the CEO to shape our go-to-market strategy, close foundational customers, and define how this company sells for years to come.
Your work will directly impact how quickly law firms resolve cases and how efficiently healthcare providers deliver care. This role comes with real ownership, visibility across the company, and a steep growth curve. You will help steward Codes Health through its next phase of hyper-growth while building a career that compounds.
