Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond.
Lead key global Compensation & Benefits projects, including EU Pay Transparency Directive implementation and job evaluation framework review.
Deliver gender pay gap analysis, reporting, and remediation planning aligned with regulatory requirements and annual salary cycles.
Drive harmonisation and governance of global job architecture (IPE), ensuring consistency across acquisitions and business lines.
Support annual compensation cycles, bonus processes, and market benchmarking, including modelling, tools, and communication.
Act as trusted advisor to People & Culture stakeholders on reward topics, while continuously improving policies, analytics, and frameworks.
University degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics or related field with 5+ years in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in a global environment.
Proven experience delivering large-scale reward projects (e.g., pay equity, job architecture, benefits or incentive design).
Strong knowledge of EU Pay Transparency Directive and multi-country compensation practices; IPE experience is an advantage.
Advanced analytical and technical skills (Excel modelling, data reconciliation) with a structured, detail-oriented approach.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with very good English; additional European language (e.g., German) is a plus.
