Today we are looking for a Contracting Specialist with English/French/Turkish/Greek to manage the full lifecycle of contracts with HCPs and HCOs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to navigate approval workflows, and confidence in coordinating with Legal and compliance teams.

YOU WILL

  • Draft, review, and process contracts using standard templates in the system of record.
  • Coordinate approval workflows and e‑signature processes, ensuring timely contract execution.
  • Track contract status, maintain complete documentation, and ensure data accuracy across systems.
  • Review business terms and basic redlines; collaborate with Legal on non‑standard clauses and amendments.
  • Apply correct workflows for local and cross‑border HCP/HCO engagements.
  • Cooperate with transparency, compliance, and reporting teams to ensure all required data is captured.
  • Support internal stakeholders by providing contract status updates and clarifying process requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, compliance standards, and industry regulations.
  • Contribute to process improvements and standardization initiatives within contracting operations.

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or HCP engagement (healthcare, pharma, consulting).
  • Experience working with contract templates and handling basic redlines.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of contracts.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort working with approval workflows and documentation systems.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and French/Turkish/Greek.
  • Proactive mindset, ownership of assigned tasks, and readiness to work in a dynamic, international environment.
