📍 Hybrid | Ayala, Makati
💼 Full-time | 6-Month Contract (with possibility of extension)
💰 Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Administrator to manage payroll operations for staff worldwide, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payroll processing.
✅ Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• At least 4 years of relevant payroll experience
• Experience in end-to-end payroll processing and payroll administration
• Knowledge of banking and accounting systems, payroll controls, and compliance requirements
• Strong understanding of payroll calculations, deductions, benefits, and reporting
• Experience with Oracle HR and Payroll Systems is an advantage
• ERP system knowledge is an advantage
• Advanced computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• CPA certification is an advantage but not required
