As the Credentialing/Licensing Payor Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in scaling Wheel’s clinician network by owning the day-to-day operations that enable clinicians to get credentialed, enrolled, and activated efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone early in their operations career who wants to work in telehealth, enjoys combining process-driven work with data, systems, and clinician communication, and is excited to make operational workflows smarter over time.
You’ll be deeply hands-on in credentialing and payer enrollment while also partnering cross-functionally to identify bottlenecks, improve workflows, and ensure clinicians have a smooth, well-supported experience.
Pay Range: $60,000 - 85,000 base compensation.
Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
