🔥 What You’ll Own

Deal Pipeline & CRM Management (Primary Focus)

• Own and manage the deal pipeline inside HubSpot CRM
• Track:
• inbound interest
• investor responses
• ongoing follow-ups
• next steps
• Maintain accurate:
• deal stages
• notes
• tasks
• reminders
• pipeline updates
• Send proactive follow-ups on slow-moving opportunities
• Manage long sales cycles ( 6–12+ months ) with consistency
• Flag urgent priorities and ensure leadership visibility

Deal Execution & Operational Support

• Maintain and update:
• Excel tracking sheets
• deal reports
• operational dashboards
• Organize deal data into:
• clean summaries
• visual reports
• structured updates
• Support preparation of:
• pitch materials

• internal reporting

• Coordinate scheduling for:
