• Optimize content using hashtag, momentum/timing, brand engagement, and platform best practices

Social Media Performance Tracking and Iteration

• Monitor key metrics (views, engagement, shares, followers growth)

• Analyze what works and iterate quickly

• Conduct A/B testing to find the best performing content format

Community and Trend Engagement

Stay updated with trends and algorithm changes

What you’ll need

Bachelor degree with 2 years of experience growing social media accounts organically.

Creative, fast-moving, and highly adaptable to trends

Able to use video production and editing software

Familiarity with social media analytics and listening tools

A fluent English speaker with excellent written skills
