Customer Service Representative (Financial Payroll) - Ortigas

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join a fast growing Ride Sharing account in Anonas. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients by effectively addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer issues and complaints focusing on first-call resolution
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes
• Provide clear and accurate information about products and services
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets

Requirements

• At least a high school graduate
• Must have at least 1 year of BPO experience with 6 months of chat support OR 1 year of payroll experience
• Must be conversant in both spoken and written English
• Amenable to work fully on-site in Ortigas, Pasig
• Amenable to work on graveyard shift and shifting schedule
• Can start ASAP
