Site Acquisition Officer (Hybrid)

Work Setup: Hybrid

Work Location: Makati

The Site Acquisition Officer is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing suitable locations for our clinics and facilities. They work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that all sites meet technical, legal, and commercial requirements, supporting the organization in expanding its network efficiently and compliantly

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year/Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Knowledge of lease documentation, permitting processes, and basic construction or engineering terms
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical ability to assess site feasibility and technical requirements
• Excellent project coordination and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, conduct fieldwork, and travel as needed
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Duties

• Gathers and process necessary documents (lease contract, BIR form, tax dec,etc.)
• Works closely with legal team, engineering team, building admin team and procurement
• Ensures compliance with clinic requirements
• Prepares and reviews contract and other legal documents
• Project Coordination–Liaise with internal and external teams (lessor, building admin, finance, projects team and procurement)
• Track acquisition timelines and deliverables with all the teams involve
• Maintains and updated database of the sites
• Prepares and coordinates with the lessor the documents required by finance and other internal team
• Provide regular status reports and updates
