Carazo Group is a luxury distribution business operating across 10+ countries. We work with premium brands and build long-term trade partnerships across international markets.
As we expand our international reach, we are looking for a B2B Trade Development Specialist to identify and develop new distributor and wholesale relationships across assigned territories. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role for someone who is genuinely good at prospecting — someone who builds pipelines from scratch, not someone who manages inbound leads.
You will work directly with the Head of Sales and report to senior leadership, with real visibility and impact from day one.
Prospecting & Business Development
– Identify and approach new distributors and wholesalers through digital research, LinkedIn outreach, and cold outreach campaigns
– Build and manage a structured pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM tools
– Convert prospect relationships into active trade partnerships
– Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and compliance teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and servicing
This role is not the right fit for you if your experience is exclusively in B2C or retail and you have never sold to distributors, or if you rely on inbound leads, a support team, or a lead generation function to fill your pipeline.
Work with trade partners and stakeholders across multiple countries, with real visibility into how a premium international distribution business operates.
Work closely with the Head of Sales and senior leadership, with your results directly reflected in the company's growth.
