The B2C Sales Supervisor will be responsible for supervising, managing, and improving the performance of the B2C sales agent team in Panama. The main objective is to increase sales performance, ensure proper customer management, monitor agent productivity, and build a strong and efficient sales team.
This role requires strong leadership, sales management experience, and a deep understanding of the Panamanian market and sales environment.
