Product Engineers at Open.cx own problems end-to-end: from spotting an opportunity, to talking directly with users, to shipping the feature in production with no layers in between, no hand-off culture. You are a full-stack owner.
You will work on a genuinely hard product, AI-native customer support infrastructure used by enterprises at scale across Europe, the US, and the GCC. The codebase is React + TypeScript throughout. The problems are real, the users are live, and the impact is measurable and scalable.
