Why we're hiring this role
Wiza is hiring our Director of GTM Strategy & Operations (reporting to our CRO) to be the operational backbone of how Wiza goes to market, and to lead the small but mighty team building the AI-powered systems behind it.
This is a 50/50 split between strategic partner and hands-on builder. Half your week is in the room with our executive team and GTM leaders determining where we go next: which industries to pursue, what will support our growth up market, and how expand inside our fastest-growing accounts. The other half is shoulder-to-shoulder with your team team, building the workflows, automations, and AI agents that turn those decisions into pipeline and revenue
The playbooks you build internally inform our own best practices, as well as the product we are building. You won't just run GTM Ops — you'll be one of the most influential voices on what Wiza becomes next.
What you'll own
Strategic partner to the CRO and GTM leadership. You will be a key partner in shaping the future of Wiza. Bring the data, the perspective, and the operating plan. Translate the company's biggest GTM bets into clear, sequenced plans of attack — what gets built, in what order, by whom, and against which milestones. You'll ensure that we point the company in the right direction on GTM execution and keeps Sales, Marketing, CS, Product, and Finance aligned on the same plan.
Playbook design for new motions. We're growing on all fronts - scaling SMB acquisition, winning bigger deals upmarket, and simultaneously running a massive expansion play in our existing customer base. We are also seeing massive growth of adoption among our API Partners who deploy Wiza data in their own products. You'll contribute to all of these emerging playbooks— segmentation logic, account scoring, plays, signals, handoffs, enablement, and the measurement framework to know what's working.
Revenue Operations and GTM Engineering. You will lead a small group of highly talented individuals who build the workflows, automations, and AI agents that make our motions hum. You'll help prioritize roadmap, measure work against business impact, coach, and hire as we scale.
The GTM tech stack. On Day 1 you’ll have access to Wiza, Hubspot Claude, Clay, Gong, Nooks, Outreach, and Metabase. You'll own how these systems work together, where we automate, where we add AI, and where we cut.
Analytics and operating cadence. Build the reporting and rituals leadership uses to run the business, pipeline health, conversion, rep productivity, segment performance, expansion. Make the insights land and turn into action.
Product influence. Bring the voice of GTM operators, ours and our customers', into the roadmap. If we should be building it, you'll often be the first to see it.
