Capco is seeking a Senior Program Lead to support a major Commercial Digital Replacement program for a leading financial services client. This role will partner closely with executive leadership teams to drive complex transformation initiatives across business and technology domains.
You will lead enterprise-scale delivery across multiple workstreams, helping clients modernize commercial banking capabilities through digital transformation, payments innovation, and API orchestration. This is an opportunity to influence strategic outcomes while working at the intersection of business consulting and technology delivery.

The salary range for this position is listed below. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary/variable bonus payment.

Our compensation policies and salary ranges are designed to allow our people to progress through the salary range as they demonstrate strong performance and develop in their role over time. The base pay offered to selected candidates will be within the salary range and the placement will vary based upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, experience and internal equity.
