To support the next stage of Ideals VDR growth in Germany, we are looking for an Account Executive (BDM) based in Berlin. Joining our DACH Field Sales team alongside your teammates in Munich and Frankfurt, you will own the full new business sales cycle: proactively building outbound pipeline, engaging corporate decision-makers, and acquiring new customers across Finance, Banking, Corporate Development, Legal, and other relevant sectors.
As a front-line, quota-carrying team member, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders, and closing deals that directly contribute to our continued expansion in Germany.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys high ownership, proactive outreach, face-to-face selling.
Compensation package: 50% base salary; 50% performance-based variable (uncapped).
