What does a Claims Consultant do?

Life Insurance Claims Assessment is where professional judgement meets real human impact.

When someone can no longer work due to illness or injury, you step in to help them navigate their claim. You will

• Review insurance policies and supporting documentation
• Assess medical, financial and personal information
• Apply policy terms and relevant guidelines
• Make clear, fair decisions and explain outcomes with care

Your work will help protect more than 5 million Australians, providing certainty and support when they need it most.
