Strategy Consultant - Bank Finance Transformation (m/f/d)

You’ll be part of a global team focused on customer value creation with finance & risk solutions in strategic customer opportunities. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll help shape client value propositions, lead strategic initiatives, and support delivery across complex transformation programs. Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic workstreams in finance transformation programs for banks
• Translate complex business challenges into innovative solutions and actionable roadmaps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, delivery, and architecture
• Support client engagements from early shaping to execution, including C-level interactions
• Contribute to internal capability building and team development
• Bring thought leadership on bank steering, KPIs, financial performance and risk management
• Help define and evolve our finance & risk transformation offering for banking clients
