Are you a dedicated OSHC leader who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment and enjoys making a real impact across multiple services? We are looking for a passionate and adaptable  Mobile Coordinator  to support our Outside School Hours Care services across Bundaberg.

This is a permanent part time opportunity, working 35 hours per week across split shifts, Monday to Friday

  • Before School Care: 6:00am – 9:00am
  • After School Care: 2:30pm – 6:00pm
  • Block shifts during school holidays between 6:00am – 6:00pm

About the Role

As a Mobile Coordinator, you’ll never be bored — every day brings new experiences, different teams to support, and opportunities to make an impact across our services. You’ll travel between services, stepping in where support is needed most, leading teams, maintaining high-quality program delivery, and creating positive experiences for children, families, and educators.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Supporting services with daily operations and leadership coverage
  • Leading and mentoring teams of Educators
  • Delivering engaging programs including sports, STEM, creative arts, cooking, and wellbeing activities
  • Managing compliance, safety, and operational standards
  • Building positive relationships with children, families, schools, and team members
  • Supporting services to achieve strong quality and assessment outcomes
  • Assisting with roster management, administration, and program planning

You will be working across the following services: 

  • Bargara
  • Woongarra
  • Kalkie
  • Norville

About You

You are a confident and adaptable leader who enjoys supporting teams and creating meaningful experiences for children.

To be successful in this role, you will have

  • A Diploma qualification in a relevant field, or at least two years of full-time study towards an ACECQA-approved qualification
  • Experience leading teams in OSHC, childcare, education, or a similar environment
  • National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)  
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A current and valid Working with Children Check
  • A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel between services
  • Availability to work split shifts Monday to Friday
  • Australian work rights
