Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced CMOD Administrator to manage our Content Manager OnDemand infrastructure, support report offloading and mainframe onboarding, and drive automation and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage CMOD hardware, software, reports, and users
• Support EOSA report offloading and mainframe onboarding
• Automate repeated tasks using scripts (Shell, Python)
• Manage hardware and software infrastructure
• Install, configure, and maintain CMOD and related software
• Monitor and maintain DB, cache storage, and archive storage
• Automate DB and storage housekeeping activities
• Define report indexing, storage sets, and workflows
• Create and maintain application groups, applications, and folders
• Manage backup, recovery, and tuning of CMOD systems
• Resolve CMOD issues and handle SRs and production incidents
• Perform system analysis and recommend process improvements

Technical Competencies

• CMOD, ODF, ERM, ODWEK, CMOD indexing
• Shell, Java, PowerShell, NodeJS, Python
• Databases: Oracle, DB2, MariaDB, MySQL
• RESTful APIs
• Tools: GIT, Jenkins, JIRA, Nexus, SonarQube, Bitbucket

Requirements

• Strong CMOD administration experience
• Experience with scripting and automation
• Knowledge of databases and RESTful APIs
• Experience with DevOps tools (GIT, Jenkins, etc.)
