To assist with administration and recruitment tasks for the Laguna Jobs team.
To coordinate job postings, review resumes, and schedule interviews.
Act as the first point of contact for candidates and provide timely updates on their application status.
Provide updates on recruitment progress and address any issues or concerns regarding candidates or the hiring process.
To coordinate with hotel operations to support hiring of casual staff.
Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate communications.
Learn to conduct training for the Banyan orientation and onboarding program.
To assist on the casual payroll management and records.
To prepare the employment reports as required by employment department for Manager review.
To support Laguna Jobs and CHC team in all activities as required.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience (0- 2 years) in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
Good understanding of recruitment tools, and sourcing techniques.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with labor laws and hiring regulations.
