As a Senior Project Manager , you’ll oversee some of the company’s most complex and high-profile commercial drywall projects, ensuring they’re delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Unlike many firms, this company has well-defined roles —their Project Managers are not expected to estimate . Your focus will be on running the work , building strong relationships, leading teams, and delivering exceptional results from start to finish.

You’ll collaborate closely with clients, architects, general contractors, and internal field leadership, playing a key role in driving operational excellence and maintaining the company’s reputation for best-in-class performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of commercial drywall and steel stud framing projects, from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage schedules, budgets, contracts, and project documentation with precision and accountability.
• Oversee field operations and ensure alignment between office and jobsite teams.
• Foster collaboration among clients, design partners, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
• Mentor junior project managers and field staff, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 7+ years of experience managing commercial drywall and/or steel stud framing projects.

✅ Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, high-value commercial projects.
