Key Responsibilities

• Daily Management of Finished Goods Warehouse
• Manage daily receiving, storage, and issuance of finished goods, ensuring inventory accuracy
• Perform putaway, bin location organization, and regular stock counts
• Monitor inventory levels and flag anomalies in a timely manner
• B2B Shipment & System Operations
• Process B2B orders through the YiCang (EC) system, covering order printing, picking, and outbound operations
• Ensure shipment accuracy and on-time performance; handle shipment exceptions (e.g., missing items, incorrect shipments, courier issues)
• Maintain finished goods inventory data in the YiCang system, ensuring alignment between system records and physical stock
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Coordinate with the after-sales team to manage the flow and transfer of finished goods and RMA inventory
• Support the Warehouse Supervisor in monthly stocktakes, bin location optimization, and process improvements
• Assist in daily coordination with logistics carriers (e.g., pickup exceptions, tracking number updates)

Qualifications

• Experience & Skills
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations
• Familiarity with WMS / ERP systems; experience with YiCang (EC) system is a strong plus
• Experience in B2B order fulfillment and e-commerce shipment processes is preferred
• Basic proficiency in Excel for data handling

• Strong execution skills with the ability to proactively flag issues
• Capable of handling repetitive tasks while staying organized in a fast-paced environment
