As we scale, we are expanding our current sales function with recruitment sales stars that can drive predictable revenue growth and capitalise on existing momentum.
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to own inbound and outbound sales and convert qualified opportunities into paying clients. This is not a cold-calling-heavy role - you’ll be provided with warm inbound leads, an existing lead flow, and a proven sales process already in place.
You’ll work directly with the founders and focus on what matters most: running discovery calls, understanding hiring needs, building strong relationships, and closing business.
This role is ideal for someone confident on calls, commercially sharp, and motivated by revenue targets and commission potential. If you enjoy speaking with business owners, moving deals through the pipeline quickly, and working in a high-growth environment, this role will suit you well.

Experience in recruitment, talent solutions, or hiring-related industries
Excellent spoken and written English
2+ years of experience in recruitment sales, B2B sales, business development, or closing roles
Proven experience closing deals and hitting revenue targets
Strong experience handling inbound leads and converting them into clients
Comfortable running discovery calls, demos, and closing conversations
Ability to manage and progress a pipeline independently
Experience using CRMs (Salesforce or similar) to track pipeline and activity
Strong objection handling and persuasive communication skills
Highly organised with strong follow-up discipline
Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
Self-directed and accountable for hitting revenue targets
