Job Description

As an AppSheet Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance, maintenance, and support to our clients' AppSheet-based applications. You will collaborate with developers and end-users to ensure optimal performance, data accuracy, and usability.

Key Responsibilities

• -Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing AppSheet applications
• -Support end-users with technical issues related to AppSheet and Google Sheets integration
• -Provide recommendations for improvements and automation
• -Assist in deploying updates, testing new features, and ensuring data reliability
• -Document issues, resolutions, and changes in workflows
• -Collaborate with team members and clients to understand requirements and deliver effective support

Requirements

Qualifications

• -Proven experience in AppSheet development and technical support
• -Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and data structure logic
• -Analytical thinker and problem-solver with strong communication skills
• -Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• -Experience working with international clients is a plus
