Architect with Revit and 3Ds Max Expertise

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect with specialized skills in Revit and 3ds Max to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative and functional architectural designs, developing detailed construction documents, and producing high-quality 3D models and visualizations. This role requires a deep understanding of architectural principles, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute architectural design concepts that meet client requirements and project goals.
• Create detailed construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details using Revit.
• Utilize 3ds Max to produce realistic 3D models and visualizations for design presentations and client reviews.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and project feasibility.
• Conduct site visits to ensure designs are being implemented according to plans and standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technology advancements.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients, addressing feedback and making necessary adjustments.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
• Maintain organized records of design documents, drawings, and project correspondence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Architect with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
• Proficiency in Revit for creating detailed construction documents and BIM (Building Information Modeling).
• Expertise in 3ds Max for producing high-quality 3D models and visualizations.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods.
• Creative and innovative design approach with a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to interpret and translate client requirements into functional and attractive designs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in design documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently manage projects.
