Wir suchen einen krisenerprobten und wirkungsstarken Head of outbound Sales - Germany, um unseren proaktiven Wachstumsmotor in der DACH-Region anzuführen. In dieser Rolle berichtest du direkt an den Regional Director und fungierst als strategischer Architekt unserer Outbound-Aktivitäten.
Du bist verantwortlich für die Leitung eines leistungsstarken und diversen Teams, das Field Manager, Field AEs und Strategic Account Executives umfasst. Deine Mission ist es, diese verschiedenen Ansätze zu harmonisieren, um Schlüsselmärkte in der DACH-Region zu erschließen, namhafte Kunden ("High-Value Logos") zu gewinnen und einen konsistenten, skalierbaren Revenue-Stream sicherzustellen.
Die Position ist in Berlin angesiedelt
Als Head of outbound Sales bist du die treibende Kraft für proaktives Umsatzwachstum in der DACH-Region. In dieser strategisch wichtigen Position steuerst du das gesamte Outbound-Ökosystem – von High-Velocity Sales bis hin zu komplexen strategischen Partnerschaften und Enterprise-Deals mit mehreren Stakeholdern.
Um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein, verfügst du über ein tiefgreifendes Verständnis der EMEA-SaaS-Landschaft und die bewiesene Fähigkeit, durch andere zu führen („Lead through others“).
