Our client is a fast-paced digital marketing agency supporting businesses with services
including website design, Google Ads management, social media marketing, print design,
branding, and more. The team operates remotely and works collaboratively to deliver
responsive, high-quality service to our clients.
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Virtual Assistant to support our
client’s growing team with recurring operational and marketing admin tasks.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work, learns new systems
quickly, and takes pride in organization and accuracy. While some tasks involve marketing
platforms and creative assets, prior marketing experience is not required — we will provide
training on all workflows and systems.
This is a part-time role starting at approximately 20 hours per week, with potential to grow into a
full-time position over time.
● Administrative or virtual assistant experience
● Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat
● Must be proficient using Google Ads.
