Your mission
As Head of Account Management , you will lead and elevate a team responsible for maximizing the value of our existing client portfolio while ensuring exceptional customer experience and business growth.
What you’ll do
Coach, develop, and motivate Account Managers to drive excellence and continuous growth
Ensure top-level client satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion
Identify upselling, cross-selling, and new product development opportunities based on data and market insights
Monitor KPIs across the Baltics, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and operational excellence
Represent the company in the local business community and build strategic relationships
Develop and maintain relationships with intermediaries and partners
Prepare key reports and insights for regional and group-level leadership
