BCBA Virtual Assistant (ABA Clinical Support VA)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled BCBA Virtual Assistant to support clinical operations for an ABA therapy provider focused on helping children reach their full potential.

You will assist licensed Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) with administrative and clinical documentation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist BCBAs with documentation and reports
• Organize treatment plans and behavior data
• Manage scheduling for therapy sessions
• Assist with insurance authorization tracking
• Prepare ABA session notes and documentation
• Maintain electronic medical records
• Coordinate communication between therapists and families

Requirements

• ✔ Experience working with ABA therapy clinics
• ✔ Familiarity with ABA terminology and therapy processes
• ✔ Experience supporting BCBA providers
• ✔ Knowledge of behavior treatment plans (BIP)
• ✔ Strong attention to detail
• ✔ Excellent English communication skills

Preferred

• Experience with ABA software platforms
• Experience handling ABA therapy data collection
• Background in psychology, special education, or healthcare
