ABOUT THE ROLE

This role builds production AI agents that automate repetitive work by turning system observations into reliable, deployable systems. You'll work closely with customers to understand their workflows and ship automations that save hours of manual effort. The team values end-to-end ownership and rapid experimentation to find practical, measurable improvements in real-world use cases.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Turn system observations into AI agents that perform work autonomously.
• Work closely with customers to understand operations and identify automation opportunities.
• Ship automations that replace hours of repetitive tasks and improve user efficiency.
• Own production AI agents end to end: build, deploy, monitor, and improve them.
• Run experiments with new models, techniques, and use cases, benchmark results, and ship what works.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Hands-on experience shipping production code and building AI agents.
• Strong Python skills and experience deploying LLMs in production.
• Demonstrated ability to own problems end to end and operate effectively in early-stage teams.
• Comfortable talking to customers to gather requirements and iterate on solutions.
• A product-minded approach to designing AI × Human interfaces and practical automation.
