Sr. AI Engineer

This Senior AI Engineer is a senior technical contributor responsible for delivering scalable, maintainable, and reliable software solutions while helping guide technical implementation across the team. This role combines hands-on engineering with mentorship, technical leadership, and collaboration across product and platform initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead implementation of complex software systems and services
• Influence architecture and modernization initiatives
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical coaching
• Support operational excellence and production reliability
• Partner closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Deep knowledge of C#, .NET, .NET Core and modern application frameworks
• Experience with React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL, and APIs
• Strong backend and frontend engineering experience
• Experience with cloud-native application development
• Experience with AI development tools and methodologies
• Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and CI/CD
• Ability to independently lead complex technical initiatives
