Reporting to the Quality Manager, this role offers the opportunity to work within a highly engineered, safety-critical environment where quality is central to performance and reputation.
In this role, you will take ownership of a significant portion of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), driving them through containment, investigation, and closure. You will lead root cause analysis, implement corrective and preventive actions, and analyse trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Working cross-functionally, you will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve quality issues, reduce repeat defects, and strengthen overall process performance.
