Matrix POS is a technology company specialising in point-of-sale systems for the hospitality industry. Through flexible hardware and software solutions, Matrix POS enables restaurants, hospitality groups, and leisure businesses to run their operations more efficiently and stay focused on what matters most: their guests. From small independent restaurants to large restaurant chains and theme parks, customers rely on Matrix POS for its configurable end-to-end solution and industry expertise.
Matrix POS has been part of the Everfield Group since 2024. The team is based in Hanover, Germany.
Matrix POS is continuing to grow, and Payments is one of our key growth drivers. We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on, and commercially driven individual contributor to join our Sales team as Payment Sales Specialist.
In the first 12 months, your focus will be primarily on driving payment penetration within our existing customer base. Around 85% of our customers are not yet using our in-house payment solution, so the initial priority in this role will be to proactively engage existing customers, convert them to our integrated payment offering, and increase transaction-relevant GMV.
Over the mid to long term, you will also play a key role in winning new customers who can benefit from an integrated payment solution combined with the Matrix POS system.
Short term: Delivering a measurable increase in payment penetration across existing customers, with merchants successfully upgraded or migrated and actively processing transactions.
Long term: Winning new customers who adopt the Matrix POS system together with our integrated payment solution.
