Cluster Training Manager - Chennai

• Deliver Trainings on product, process & sales for Dealership Sales Consultants at multiple dealerships.
• Handhold DSCs at various stages of sales cycle.
• Guide/Mentor DSCs.
• Conduct OJTs for DSCs, if need be.
• Good communications skills
• Knowhow of auto sector & how dealership sales work
• Previous experience of delivering trainings at dealerships for other OEMs
• Understand auto jargons & complexity of auto sector
• Must know English & local regional language
• MBA with engineering background preferred
• Training experience of 2-5 years
