ABOUT THIS ROLE

Speak Taiwan is looking for an Influencer Marketer Contractor to help scale our influencer programs and drive impact. This is a highly hands-on role where you'll own influencer campaigns and projects end-to-end, working closely with influencers and partners while helping improve how we operate influencer marketing at scale.

Beyond campaign execution, you'll help test AI-powered workflows that make influencer operations faster and more efficient. You'll join one of Taiwan's largest influencer marketing programs and play a direct role in driving brand awareness, user growth from influencer partnerships, content management and reaching target metrics.

We're not looking for someone to simply coordinate. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, executes with attention to detail, and proactively shares learnings so we can improve together. This is a 2-month contract internship, with potential opportunity to extend based on business need & performance.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Own influencer campaigns/ projects end-to-end from outreach to execution and performance reporting.
• Coordinate with influencers and external partners to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
• Provide hands-on feedback on content angles, messaging, and creative execution.
• Test and optimize AI-powered workflows for influencer operations.
• Document learnings and help improve internal influencer systems and processes.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ year of internship or full-time experience in marketing, growth, or a related field.
• Experience working with external partners and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong interest in influencer marketing, content, social media, and Taiwan influencer ecosystem.
• Comfortable working with campaign performance metrics.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools.
• Fluency in business English; communicating with Speak's global team should not be a blocker.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience working on influencer campaigns or partnerships in app, growth, or performance marketing.
• Experience analyzing media or marketing performance data.
• Experience using AI-native tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar platforms.
