As the Senior Manager, Technical Account Management for EMEA, you’ll lead a team of high-performing TAMs supporting mid-market to enterprise customers across the region. You’ll drive execution of our Customer Engagement Process (CEP), coach your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and partner cross-functionally to maximize adoption, expansion, and retention.
