​About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Store Officer to manage the day-to-day operations, sales, marketing, and profitability of our EC Gas Biñan branch.
​ 📋 Key Qualifications:
​Education: SHS Grad, Vocational Graduate, or at least 2 years in College (any course).
​Experience: 1+ years of experience in the same capacity.
​Skills: Strong communication, sales, marketing, and management skills.
​Age: 23 to 30 years old.
​ 🔑 Core Responsibilities:
​Achieve annual sales targets and manage store expenses to ensure profitability.
​Maintain strict adherence to FERC manuals, safety protocols, and government regulations.
​Manage daily pricing, inventory accuracy, and smooth client deliveries.
​Handle cash management, accounting, safekeeping, and timely remittance.
​Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and monitor competitor activity.
​Oversee store upkeep, appearance, and delivery vehicle licensing compliance.
