As a Senior Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our De Beers London’s flagship store in New York, driving sales performance across all categories, with a particular focus on growing High Jewellery sales. You will cultivate strong client relationships, create new connections, and act as a role model for all Brand Ambassadors, demonstrating expertise in all aspects of the selling ceremony. Your role will also involve sharing your knowledge with other team members through training sessions and delivering client presentations that showcase diamond expertise and brand knowledge.

Create Clarity : Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members. Ensure everyone understands the brand's vision and objectives.
Empower Teams : Encourage and support team members to achieve their best. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance their skills.
Challenge Conventions : Innovate and think creatively to improve sales strategies and client engagement. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor practices.
The base salary range for the position is $79,000 to $84,000 USD annually + plus bonus and commission plan.
