ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

Duties and Responsibility

• Assisting the Accounting OIC and Accounting Head in the management of accounting operation.
• Processing of 2307 Certification
• Processing of Voucher per supplier.
• Investigate questionable data and resolve discrepancies in man hour of merchandisers (DTR, letter attachments, etc.)
• Compile data and filing of accounting documents.
• Encoding of the issuance of voucher.
• Analyzing and accomplishment of Payable Reports.
