We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Business Development Lead to help grow our Home Care services across Warrnambool.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who understands the Home Care, aged care or community support environment and is passionate about helping older Australians remain living independently in their own homes. You will work closely with our State and Marketing teams to build referral networks, engage with prospective clients and families, and promote HCA’s in-home support services across the region.
About you!
To succeed in this role, you will bring strong sales experience, business development, or client engagement within Home Care, aged care, disability, community services or a related healthcare setting. You’ll be confident building relationships, identifying opportunities, and converting enquiries into active clients.

Let's talk about you!
You may have some experience in sales, customer service, healthcare, aged care, or community work, and you’re a confident communicator who enjoys networking and building relationships. Motivated and organised, you’re someone who follows up and gets things done, while also being comfortable using systems and maintaining accurate records in our CRM. Most importantly, you bring a willingness to learn about Home Care if you’re new to the sector.
You’ll need a current Working with Children Check and a Police Check (dated within the last 12 months). Experience planning or attending events is a bonus!
