The Associate Service Technician 24/7 position is a vital role that significantly contributes to the continuity and efficiency of our Data Centre Operations teams. The Associate Service Technician role is designed to uphold the highest standards of operational excellence and to ensure the continued customer satisfaction and data centre uptime we are known for. This role encompasses supporting customers, maintenance and monitoring activities, and is a key role in CDC’s career pathways initiative with investment in learning and development opportunities, as we empower our teams for future growth.
Whether you’ve recently completed your trade or you’re someone without a trade qualification but motivated to learn and grow, this role offers an excellent entry point into CDC’s rapid expansion. It’s a strong opportunity to step into the data centre industry, with genuine room to develop and progress your career.
Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.
