Pear Tree is looking for a confident Sales Development Representative to help generate new business opportunities with companies across Australia and New Zealand.
This role is focused on outbound calling and booking meetings for our Account Executives, who will then work with those businesses to help them hire offshore talent through Pear Tree.
You’ll be the first point of contact for potential partners, introducing Pear Tree and opening conversations with decision makers.
If you’re comfortable picking up the phone, speaking with new people every day, and creating opportunities, this role offers strong earning potential with uncapped commission.
Your main responsibility is creating opportunities for the sales team by booking qualified meetings with businesses interested in offshore hiring.
